Beware of fraudulent e-mails or letters using the Granbell name or on behalf of Granbell

Granbell would like to draw the attention of the general public to the fact that fraudulent emails, letters or faxes are being circulated, namely using the GranBell logo and/or with the forged signature (more or less cleverly) of staff members from GranBell, and which therefore may appear to be Granbell correspondence.

These e-mails, letters or faxes are not from Granbell and typically carry fake Granbell contact email addresses or phone numbers, as well as fake documents, as the case may be. Granbell recommends that recipients of such scams do not respond, as the purpose of these schemes may be to obtain your personal and banking details.

Granbell declines all responsibility for any loss that may result from these scams and warns the public to be very cautious of these and similar solicitations that falsely claim to originate from or reference Granbell.

All correspondence originating from Granbell has an email address @granbellbank.com, @granbellbank.uk or @granbell.uk, and a valid digital signature, which can be verified using the SignNow® and Adobe® systems.
